From Skepta to Supreme, Nike to Fenty, Grace has forged indelible relationships between artists, brands, and audiences at the heart of youth culture over the past decade.

As the manager behind Skepta’s Mercury Prize-winning Konnichiwa campaign Grace’s work in the music industry was recognised with an MBE in 2018 for her outstanding services to music. She continues her work in this field with Homecoming, a global creative initiative and annual festival that celebrates cultural exchange between Africa and the world.

In co-founding Metallic INC, Grace leverages a diverse skillset across music management, brand partnerships, curation and creative consultancy, with a sharp focus on building long term relationships that create cultural movements.


From his time as WAD Magazine’s youngest creative director, to his image agent role at Next Models (where he enrolled A$AP Rocky, Travis Scott, and Theophilus London), the impact of Alex’s creative leadership can be felt throughout global youth culture.

During a lengthy tenure at Nike, Alex brought innovative strategies to life as the brand’s Nikelab & Influencer Marketing Manager in Western Europe.

Based in Paris for 10 years, Alex was part of the creative collective PPP, behind the marketing of iconic French streetwear brand Pigalle and the infamous PPP parties around Global Fashion Weeks & Art Basel Miami.

Today, in addition to driving METALLIC partnerships with Nike, Converse, Jordan, Amazon Music, Fenty and others, Alex oversees brand strategy & management for Mowalola & Motherlan.
